How many pictures will I receive?

It varies on how long of a wedding day coverage you take. For a full wedding, you will receive at least 450 fully edited wedding photos. I promise I will not leave anything out. You will get a very curated gallery that will tell your love story beautifully.

Are you insured?

Yes! I do have a general liability insurance as a wedding photographer.

How far along should I book you for my wedding?

Typically you should aim to book your photographer as soon as you have the wedding venue on lock and have secured the date. Booking 12-18 months out not only helps in making sure that your date is available, but also helps booking the photographer of your dreams and the one you really want. Basically, you have more options, therefore more freedom to be picky and truly select the person for you.

How do you make sure our photos are safe?

I know how priceless your wedding day is. Being a wedding photographer also means being your wedding photos keeper. To start, both my cameras have dual cards slots meaning that it saves each photo taken on your wedding day on two different memory cards. As soon as I get home from your wedding, your photos are uploaded on 3 different hard drives ( one that stays with me at all times up until your photos are delivered, one that stays in my fireproof safe & one that stays in my office. I also save your wedding photos on a cloud. Both memory cards are also kept safe in my fireproof safe up until your wedding gallery is delivered. With that, rest assured that your photos are going to be secure.

How long have you been a photographer?

I was always “that” friend who would take others’ photos. Being behind the camera felt natural to me. In 2017, I started taking photos for modelling agencies and loved it. I learnt everything through YouTube and applied it into the real world. In 2018, I wanted to do more with my life and my husband suggested to take wedding photos since I loved watching weddings on YouTube so much. I was and still am a hopeless romantic. I then started from scratch and in 2020, I was able to make it my full-time gig.

What makes me different

In 2018, when I was 6 months pregnant with my first daughter, my father got diagnosed with terminal cancer. That changed my whole perspective. I started being more conscious of making sure to capture memories of my father in a way that my daughter can know him through those images. With that, I realized the importance of making sure the photos we capture can give a sense of realness to the viewer. I started applying that to my work and documenting weddings in a way that makes you feel the emotions of the day through the photos. I wanted that not only for my couples, but anyone who would look at my work, so they can get a sense of how people were feeling. Taking candid pictures ain’t taking random photos of the day, it is being able to capture the soul of a day, the emotions that occur & the small moments that no one notices.

When & how will I receive my pictures?

I want my couples to have the best experience when working with me. That’s why I pride myself in delivering galleries in the best time possible while allowing me time to fully focus and carefully retouch every single photo of my couples’ galleries. During high season (April - November inclusively), for weddings and elopements, the turn around time is between 8-12 weeks. During low season (December - March inclusively), a full wedding or elopement gallery will be given within 6 weeks of the wedding day. This is because I’m way less booked therefore more time to focus on retouching photos. For smaller sessions like couple, maternity & engagement sessions, you will receive your photos within 3 weeks and that’s regardless of the season.

You will receive your pictures through a password protected sharable online gallery where you can download & share your pictures from. I will send you the link to your online gallery once your photos are ready. You can also access the online gallery through my website under the tab client space.

How do you pose?

I don't like using the word posing because to be honest, that’s not what I do. I DIRECT, not pose. I want things to feel natural for you so you can recognize yourself in your photos. I give you actions to do like “ hug each other like you have not seeing each other for years'‘. That way, you will hug each other in a way that feels natural to you both. From there, I can give you a little more specific actions to continue the train of movements. We are all different and the way I hold my hands with my husband might not be the same way you hold hands, so making sure I direct and give you the space to do the actions in a genuine way is my way of capturing you in the most honest and real way possible.

Do you only serve couples in Montreal? Do you have any travel fees?
